1Agreement

These Terms of Service govern your use of OudBid (the "Platform"), operated by TAKE IT SOLUTION COMPANY LIMITED (Company Registration No. 0105551051021). By creating an account or using the Platform, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

2Eligibility and accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into binding contracts.
• You must provide accurate and up-to-date information.
• You may hold only one account.
• You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity on your account.
• We may suspend accounts that provide false information.

3Auctions and bidding

• Auctions are open to members who have been invited to join them.
• Each lot has a starting price and a minimum bid increment set by the auction organiser.
• A bid is a binding offer to buy the lot at the amount bid. Bids cannot be withdrawn once placed.
• The highest valid bid on a lot when the auction closes wins that lot.
• Where an auction uses automatic time extension, a bid placed shortly before the closing time may extend the auction.
• We may cancel bids or withdraw lots in the case of an obvious error, suspected fraud, or where the law requires it.

4Lot descriptions

Lots are described by the auction organiser using text, photos and video. Agarwood is a natural product and every piece is unique: colour, aroma and resin content can vary. Please review all the information and ask any questions before you bid.

5Payment and delivery

Payments are not processed on the Platform. After an auction closes, payment, delivery and any related costs are arranged directly with the winning bidder. A lot is released only after payment has been received in full.

6Legal compliance and CITES

Agarwood from the genera Aquilaria and Gyrinops is listed in Appendix II of the Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species of Wild Fauna and Flora (CITES). International shipments may require export and import permits.

Buyers are responsible for complying with the laws of their own country, including import permits, customs duties and taxes.

7Prohibited conduct

• Bidding on your own lots, or bidding to raise prices artificially (shill bidding).
• Using more than one account.
• Interfering with auctions or with the operation of the Platform.
• Posting unlawful, abusive or misleading content.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to the Platform or to other users' accounts.

8Content and intellectual property

The OudBid name, the website and its content belong to TAKE IT SOLUTION COMPANY LIMITED. Content you upload remains yours, but you grant us a licence to host and display it on the Platform for the purpose of running auctions.

9Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms. You may stop using the Platform and ask us to close your account at any time.

10Disclaimers and liability

The Platform is provided "as is". We work to keep it available and accurate but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent permitted by law, TAKE IT SOLUTION COMPANY LIMITED is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of the Platform.

11Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date and apply from that date.

12Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand.
